Our family atmosphere and small class size allows members to improve their strength, agility and mobility in a safe way. We treat our group classes as group personal training sessions, ensuring that each individual member’s technique is monitored and improved, reducing the risk of injury both in class and in life.
At ELITE GIRYA, we primarily utilize kettlebells with which you can do an immense variety of exercises, eliminating boredom while you get stronger, fitter and more confident.
