Our “October SwingFEST” will kick off Sat Oct 14th. Like the swing classes before it, this class is sure to be a crowd pleaser! Designed with the beginner in mind this will be 4 weeks swinging fun. You will not only learn how to swing a kettlebell correctly and safely but you will also enjoy the benefits of swinging a kettlebell like shedding unwanted weight and inches, increasing shapely muscle tone, increased strength and improved “cardio”.
Classes will be Mon and Wed at 5:45pm, Sat at 9am Classes are only 45 min in length.
Prizes are awarded to the top 3 finishers with the biggest change in body composition.
